A clean review starts with clean inputs. Use this checklist to gather what’s needed and reduce back-and-forth.

Minimum required

  • Most recent Profit & Loss statement
  • Most recent Balance Sheet

Helpful if available

  • Prior-period Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for comparison
  • Bank transaction export for the same period
  • Credit card transaction export for the same period
  • Accounts receivable aging report
  • Accounts payable aging report

Formatting tips

  • Export files as PDF, CSV, or Excel (avoid screenshots)
  • Ensure the period date range is clearly visible
  • If you have multiple entities, separate files by entity
  • If reports are cash vs accrual, note which you’re providing
