What documents do I need?
At minimum, provide a recent Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet. Additional supporting files can improve recommendations.
What if my statements are messy or out of date?
Upload what you have. EJC's review still identifies the clearest next steps and highlights where data quality should be tightened first.
Can I request an updated score later?
Yes. When you need an updated score, request a refresh and we'll confirm scope. Prior reports remain available in your portal history.
Do I have to talk to someone first?
